With a background in Aerospace Engineering, a specialisation in Advanced Composite Materials and a path through Industry 4.0, Matteo Di Fulvio has developed a vision that integrates technical expertise, entrepreneurial ability and strategic leadership.
He is currently completing an Executive MBA, consolidating his expertise in corporate strategy, corporate finance, innovation and international growth. A path that reflects the belief that the most disruptive technologies generate value only when accompanied by a clear industrial vision and a solid ability to execute.
As founder and CEO of ADDYX, he leads the development of proprietary technologies designed to redefine the engineering and production of advanced composite structures. Under his leadership, the company has grown from an innovative startup into an internationally recognised technology partner, collaborating with leaders in the aerospace, automotive, motorsport and defence sectors.
Today his ambition goes beyond the development of new products: to build a technology platform capable of accelerating innovation, driving industrialisation and contributing to the evolution of the entire composite materials industry.
The experience gained in the aerospace and motorsport industries led Matteo Di Fulvio to identify the main limitations of the traditional production of composite components. From this awareness the ADDYX vision was born: to develop proprietary technologies capable of simplifying the production of complex geometries, accelerating industrialisation and redefining the standards of the sector.
Driven by intensive research and development, ADDYX has built a platform of patented technologies, including the WSM-170 water-soluble controlled-expansion mandrel and the Carbon Exoskeleton structural system. Solutions designed to overcome the limits of conventional technologies and open new possibilities in the design and production of advanced composite components.
Today Matteo leads the evolution of ADDYX as an international technology platform, with the goal of turning innovation into scalable industrial solutions. Through an approach that integrates research, intellectual property, strategy and industrialisation, the company works with world leaders in the aerospace, automotive, motorsport, defence and marine sectors.
