Its main activities include the management of the Quality Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, the coordination of internal and external audits, the management of non-conformities and corrective actions, the monitoring of performance indicators (KPI), the assessment of suppliers, the management of technical documentation and support for the design, industrialisation and validation processes of products.
Particular attention is dedicated to the analysis of risks and opportunities, to the traceability of production processes and to continuous improvement, with the aim of guaranteeing reliability, repeatability and conformity throughout the entire product life cycle. The Quality Department also supports the company's growth path towards the highest international standards, contributing to the development of innovative technologies for the aerospace, defence, automotive and motorsport sectors, where precision, reliability and process control are essential requirements.
